In Purpose is a Leadership Formation mentorship where that inner work becomes meaningful leadership, faithful service, and lasting contribution.We are going to Walk the Kabbalistic Tree of Life
Through the devotional Wisdom of Chassidus, the transformational architecture of Kabbalah, the direct discipline of Practical Experiential truth of Self-realization, and the universal principles of Hermetic philosophy, participants engage a path of inner formation that is both timeless and practical.
Throughout the mentorship, we journey through the Tree of Life as a Living Map of Human development, exploring the qualities, capacities, and stages of consciousness that support a life of wisdom, virtue, leadership, and service.
The INNER JOURNEY ROADMAP

Every journey of transformation begins by learning to see clearly.
In this first level, we cultivate awareness as the foundation of inner transformation. Through the purification of the body, mind, and habitual patterns, we begin to recognize how perception shapes experience and how unconscious reactions keep us bound.
Using the Tree of Life as a living map of human development, we begin in Malkuth the realm of embodied life where the work of transformation starts with the purification of the temple.
Here, awareness becomes the doorway to greater clarity, disciplined practice, and a deeper relationship with the Prime Creator.
The temple is the human being. Purification is the gradual refinement of perception, thought, emotion, and action so that life becomes a clearer vessel for wisdom and service.

With awareness established, the work shifts toward building a stable inner foundation.
In this level, we journey through Yesod, Netzach, and Hod, cultivating the inner qualities that sustain a life of wisdom and devotion. Through disciplined practice, prayer, and the formation of virtue, we strengthen the foundation upon which meaningful leadership is built.
This is where awareness begins to mature into a way of living, aligning the heart, mind, and will in a deeper relationship with the Prime Creator.

On this level, we journey through Tiferet, Chesed, and Gevurah, cultivating the balance of compassion, responsibility, and discernment required to faithfully express your unique calling. Here, purpose becomes clearer, your message becomes more authentic, and your leadership begins to reflect the wisdom you have embodied.
Rather than seeking influence, you learn to lead from alignment allowing your work, relationships, and contribution to become a natural expression of your inner formation.

The final stage is the integration of the entire journey.
Ascending through the higher dimensions of the Tree of Life, we cultivate wisdom, deepen our relationship with the Prime Creator, and open ourselves to the intuitive guidance of Nevuah—the capacity to perceive and respond to Divine direction with greater clarity and faithfulness.
This level invites us into a life of continual prayer, devotion, and conscious service, where wisdom is no longer something we possess, but something we embody. Leadership becomes stewardship, and life itself becomes an expression of Living Wisdom.
